Yala National Park
This park is in the southern part of Sri Lanka boardering Eartern part.The park is divided in to 3 segments while only one track is allowed for tourists which is operated from a place called Kirinda off Tissamaharamaya.
This park can be approached from several places like Colombo-Kataragama Road, Wellavaya-Tissa road and Embilititiya-Tissa Road.
This is sri lanka's leading game reserve where most of the people visits.
there are camping sites and circuit bungalows for visitors to stay and view animals at will. It is dangerous to travel inside at nightand prohibited,if you planned to stay.
